Workplace Stategy from a Pro

Wanted to share an article titled Avoiding Conflicts Between Parents and Non-Parents in Yahoo! HotJobs. It is written by Tory Johnson, CEO of Women For Hire and the workplace contributor on ABC's "Good Morning America."

Thanks to the Purple Woman who sent this to me along with this comment:

…wanted to say thanks for doing this blog. It really helps to know that there are others out there just like me!
This kind of feedback keeps me blogging. Thanks for sharing this with us D.H.

Teri,
I checked the work for hire link but couldn't find the article.
Where on the site can I find it?
It sounds very interesting as I recall the days when I experienced the parent and non-parent divide in the workplace. My boss would sometimes bring his 8-9 year old child into work with him when he didn't have a babysitter, and then go off on appointments, and I would be expected to help entertain the kid, and do a days work too. I think back to that time and wonder what would have happened if I told him I was going to bring my Russian wolfhound to work one day and then leave (I didn't have one, but I would have liked to have seen his response).
